Multi functional cotton ribbon. Comes in a set of three little ribbon cakes which are so cute on their own! The color you order and the color you get are very precise! I can’t find on the packaging anywhere where it says that it’s 100% cotton but they definitely sure feel like a good quality cotton. They are not thin at all and hold a very nice shape once tied into a ribbon. I ordered the ribbon originally for gift wrapping but can see them being used in multiple ways especially with the amount it comes with I will have plenty left over for bouquets, maybe make some fun hair accessories or even incorporate them in my sewing.

Beautiful and Unique
I absolutely love this ribbon – it will be great for rustic style gift wrapping! The frayed edges are a really nice detail. The ribbon comes in 4 separate rolls so it’s easy to store. It seems strong enough to hold up and doesn’t break easily. The color is gorgeous.These do not have the little hole in the middle of the roll, so that’s a slight negative for storage if you use something like a dowel bar to store your ribbon on like I do.

This set of chiffon ribbons have frayed edges on both edges for a rustic look. They’re quite narrow (c1.7cm) so if they were handled extensively they may unravel to such a level that there wouldn’t be much left. They’re wound into disk shapes. Each has a stainless steel pin with a globe end to keep it the ribbon from unravelling. The set I got had three different shades of blue from the very pale to navy. The rolls come in a purple cardboard box branded FALIKO (with strap line: Ribbonize Your Moments) but there’s easily room for four. A ‘choking hazard – small parts’ warning message is printed in a wide range of languages. Addditionally the Chinese manufacturer’s details are included together with their EU and UK representatives’. However there’s nothing about the material; you’ve got to refer to the online description to find out it’s cotton – in contrast to similar ribbons I’ve previously come across which were in polyester. Can be used on their own or altogether to make decorations, sewing/craft projects or gift wrapping.

Suffisamment souple tout en ayant une bonne tenue, ce ruban ne perd pas ses fibres sur les bords (j’ai essayé de les faire partie sans résultat). La couleur est très jolie et la matière présente un aspect naturel plein de charme. Il résiste parfaitement à la traction, même intense. Ce ruban est donc approprié pour de nombreuses applications en artisanat, décoration, etc : nœuds élégants, suspension de petits cadres, bordures et bien d’autres choses. Je recommande !

Ob Geburtstage, Weihnachten oder andere Festlichkeiten im Raum stehen, die passenden Geschenke wollen ansprechend in Szene gesetzt sein und hierzu sind die von FAKILO stammenden Bänder bestens geeignet. Ich habe mich bei meiner Bestellung für die Farben Elfenbein, Salbeigrün und Dunkelgrün entschieden. Farblich fallen die 2 Bände genauso aus, wie auf den Produktfotos dargestellt. Ihre ausgefransten Ränder finde ich klasse.Herstellerseitig kommt das Trio in einer dazu passenden Produktkartonage daher, wobei hier durchaus noch – um den vorhandenen Platz effektiv zu nutzen – zwei weitere Bänder hinein gepasst hätten. Als Produktionsland ist China angegeben. Hersteller und Inverkehrbringer sind mit ihren Adressen ausgewiesen. Für Rückfragen stehen auch Email-Adressen zur Verfügung.Die Breite der Bänder, die lt. Artikelbeschreibung 2,5cm betragen soll, ist korrekt. Was hingegen auffällt, ist die Materialbeschaffenheit. Es handelt sich lt. Deklaration nicht um 100% Baumwolle, sondern um 100% Polyester, was der Haptik jedoch nicht anzumerken ist. Idealerweise sollte hier noch einmal geprüft werden, ob die Angaben auf der Produktkartonage stimmen oder es sich um einen Druckfehler handelt, der künftig zu korrigieren ist.Die Verarbeitung überzeugt mühelos und verdient ein insgesamt sehr positives Feedback. An allen drei Bändern lässt sich kaum ein Makel ausfindig lassen – ganz selten ist ein Mini-Knötchen zu finden, streng genommen nicht der Rede wert. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden. Meiner Kaufempfehlung steht nichts im Wege, ich ziehe allerdings einen Stern aufgrund der Angabe zur Materialbeschaffenheit ab!

I love the frayed edge ribbons that have become popular on Amazon in recent years, but this is the first time I have come across a natural cotton version. As a crafter, the appeal to me is that I can dye or otherwise customise them with fabric paints and pens to get a perfect match for any project. At ⅝” wide, these are narrower than other’s I have seen but in some ways, this makes them more versatile, though it also means that the frayed edges mean they are likely to deteriorate more quickly as there is simply less fabric to unravel. As a huge fan of natural fibres, I appreciate that they are 100% cotton, and they have an attractive rustic look just as they are. At time of review, a box of 4 rolls (each 6yds long) is £11.99, which I believe is a comparable price to the wider ready-coloured chiffon versions, so I guess you are paying a bit extra for the fibre content.
