Awesome in every way, transcend many styles, so very useful.
I needed some not-too-elegant goblets for holiday and casual gatherings for our family with ages 10 to 65. I ordered 2 sets of these and all 12 goblets arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped and padded.I actually wanted a goblet that would hold 14 oz so that we could put a whole can of soda in a glass, possibly with a bit of ice. I ended up compromising with these slightly smaller ones, because the design won me over in terms of usefulness. These 12 oz goblets hold 12 oz full to the rim, which is as advertised, but perhaps it might help someone to know that there’s no headspace at all.What we like:-Easy to hold and grip, the vertical lines help with that.-Nice heft to be sturdy and balanced, but not too heavy. The 10 year old at our table had no issues with a full goblet.-Manufactured quality is perfect, there are no little mars, or inconsistencies, all are identically perfect and the seam is not easy to find.-The design transcends different styes. I used these for Christmas and Thanksgiving water goblets with Antique Spode transferware. And since then, I have used them with more modern, smooth, plain white Lenox porcelain. I’ve also just used them with “whatever” every day meals and they elevate the table without making it seem like you used “fancy” with something totally everyday. I think they’d even be great with stoneware. They look great with everything! In fact, I’m planning to use them this summer on the wrought iron tables when grilling.Personally, I probably wouldn’t use them for elegant, gold rimmed porcelain china, but depending on the overall table-scape, they possibly could be made to work just fine. For instance, if you were using a tartan cotton holiday table with a somewhat elegant plate, it could definitely work. I already have elegant goblets to go with our more elegant china and my daughter’s Old Country Roses. (Fancy gold rims) THESE goblets, I would not use with that type of dinnerware, but nearly everything else is perfect.One con for me: I’m using these as my water glass during the day, trying to drink more water. That’s great! But, I like to relax in the evening in my recliner. These goblets have no lip, so they don’t work well at all when reclined. Ask me how I know!

Nice and versatile
I was looking for a clear glass water goblet to use for my holiday entertaining. I debated on size and style before I found these glasses. I was really pleased to see them arrive! They are a nice weight and don’t feel cheap. They look really nice on the table and paired well with my casual plates and even my nice chinaware. If you are looking for a versatile, inexpensive goblet, look no more!

These glasses are stunning. Upon arriving, they were packaged very nicely. The glasses themselves are very thick and of high quality. I use them with dinner just about every night, with just water or juices, because they feel so elegant. I put mine in the dishwasher too, and no issues yet!

These glasses are exactly what I was looking for: a nice weight and (unlike my tall wine glasses) fit in the dishwasher. I love these for my evening ginger beer and lime–they elevate my non-alcohol drinks! But they work great for wine too. I got clear and they arrived on time and well-packaged. They hold a nice amount, at least 10-12 oz.

I purchased these and to my surprise two of the goblets were broken. I should have opened the box immediately but I did not. So sad because they are beautiful.
